My story

Since I was a child I have been passionate about contributing and making the world a better place. I wanted to travel, learn about different cultures, and build a meaningful career.

Love took me to the Netherlands where I finished business studies and got married. For 12 years I worked in the corporate world in managerial and executive positions. I lived and worked in four different countries while raising my three amazing kids.

I was achieving everything I wanted, but I felt empty, disconnected, and unbalanced. This was the beginning of a wonderful self-discovery and transformational journey. I uncovered who I was, and my true passion.

My Journey

At the beginning I struggled to get answers, I felt stuck, confused, and without any direction. I realized I was living my life to please others, always focused on what people think. I put everyone first, my family, colleagues, even strangers, and left myself last. I was always looking for external recognition and constantly compared myself with others. I did not know what I was good for, what my gifts were and I was not sure about my purpose in life. I knew I wanted to do something different but I did not know what it was and was afraid of starting my career from scratch.

I discovered coaching and felt in love with the idea that it can help you transform your life. I decided to study it at the University of Miami to find the answers I was desperately seeking. I found more than that! I discovered my passion to help and serve others and a way to make a difference in people’s lives.

Clarity is Power!

I started to take massive action and moved all areas of my life to the next level. I started my coaching business and designed it in a way I could balance it with the education of my three kids. I traveled the world attending personal development events and learning from the best in the coaching industry. I attended to all Tony Robbins events, was part of a mastermind by Brian Tracy, and joined the John Maxwell Team.

Now I work anywhere in the world helping professionals from fortune 500 to small and medium-sized companies. I am passionate about supporting leaders to have a fulfilling, and impactful lifework.

I live between Miami and Bogota with my husband, three kids, and my labrador. I love to travel, read, dance, and have fun!
